  • The gym is characterized by a long limestone band that cuts across the forest above the village of Celva. Sectors A, B and C are the classic (or rather historical) ones where the first routes were bolted; the contiguous sector D (on the left) presents the most interesting routes from the standpoint of high difficulty with many shots from grade 7 upwards. The difficulties of the crag, as a whole, are very heterogeneous and from the fifth grade we go shortly to 8c: it is perhaps worth mentioning that on the rock of Celva one of the first 8c Italians was released (Rolando Larcher 1992), "l 'art of climbing upwards'
  • Access: The fastest route is the SS47 of Valsugana towards Padua and leave it just before the great tunnel of Martignano (Martignano, Cognola). Continue straight along the old state road (Via Bassano) until you pass a tunnel, after which it turns left to go down to San Donà (follow the signs for Povo). Get off and, at the roundabout on the SP204, take the bridge that leads to Povo (signs Povo Via Mesiano). Climb up to Povo and cross it uphill along Via della Resistenza and then following the signs for Oltrecastello. Just before Oltrecastello, turn right onto Via Borino to Passo Cimirlo (signs for Passo Cimirlo). Reach the pass (Bar Ristorante) and continue uphill to the left along the paved road that leads to Celva. Follow the SAT signs for Passo Cimirlo (which in reality is the saddle of Roncogno) and for the military observatory and, with a series of uphill hairpin bends, reach the top of the road at the Forte Sella di Roncogno where you park. From the parking area go back a few tens of meters and take the path that starts between two houses in the direction of the visible cliff. Turn right and, immediately after a rockfall fence, take the path that rises to the left up to the base of the cliff.
