Sunny place - il grande diedro - Andrea Facchetti Sunny place - il grande diedro

  • As the name already says, a crag exposed to the sun, therefore suitable even in the cooler days. After a rainy day, however, it takes a while to dry out.
  • Access: From Arco in the direction of Sarche, follow the signs for Madonna di Campiglio and continue for 8km passing through several tunnels. Shortly after, turn right onto the Servi bridge following the signs for San Lorenzo in Banale-Molveno. Get to Villa Banale (1km from the bridge), where you take the road on the left to Stenico which is reached in 4 km. Arriving at the town square, turn right towards Molveno and just before the last houses there is a bus stop next to which goes up a steep road (Via Dos Marin). At the top of the street turn right and shortly after left and park next to the truss. Continue on foot through the forest, keep to the left until you reach the junction with a small man of stones. Follow the path to get to the cliff.
