Falesia dell Eremo (Rocchetta e Croce, Caserta)
The crag is situated close to the ancient hermitage of San Salvatore, on a cliff located 850 meters above sea level, surrounded by greenery and calmness with breathtaking views ranging from Mount Vesuvius to the Gulf of Gaeta.
There are now 25 climbing routes, divided into five sectors. Some routes also have the second pitch.
The sectors are indicated with wooden arrows with colour Red / Blue.
Name and grade are marked at the base of each route.

Access: Reach the hamlet Croce, into the town of Rocchetta e Croce (CE); by the square there is an easy path that in 30 minutes leads to the hermitage.
From NAPLES: Capua motorway exit, then follow the road signs indicating Calvi Risorta, and then those pointing Rocchetta e Croce. From the city center of Rocchetta, proceed towards the hamlet of Croce (beyond the cemetery, turn right at the first crossroads and continue until you reach the square of the hamlet).
From ROME: Caianello motorway exit, then follow the road signs indicating the town of Pietramelara; next, move towards Rocchetta e Croce, through the panoramic drive Pietramelara-Rocchetta (about 5 km uphill). As soon as the road begins to descend, at the first crossroads turn left and continue until you reach to the square of the village.
