Ragazzi, ho visto che nel forum ci sono delle persone esperte di alimentazione.
Vorrei chiedervi cosa ne pensate del fico secco?
Io ne mangio due o tre sia in allenamento che in falesia, me permettono di stare leggero e di avere energie.
Le barrette energetiche non mi piacciono, il fico secco invece oltre ad essere molto più economico è assolutamente naturale.
